Behaviour Support
At Sure Care Social & Aged Care, we take a customised approach and design recommendations based on the participant's condition, which we then apply to reduce the impact of such behaviours.
With their systematic approach, our professional practitioners ensure that they can minimise the need of any restrictive procedures.

Assist – Transport
Sure Care Social & Aged Care provides participants with more comfort by transporting them in our own wheelchair accessible vans and automobiles. Participants can use our transportation to access the community for all of their requirements, including:
- Doctor’s appointments
- Recreational activities
- Educational activities
- Vocational purposes
- Capacity building
- Courses, classes and shopping
- Work or any activity that supports participants to achieve their NDIS goal and capacity building

Assist – Personal Activities
Sure Care Social & Aged Care aids participants with a variety of personal tasks, including:
- Supporting, and supervising personal daily tasks.
- Support Participants to live as independently as possible.
- Supports Participants with activities of daily living such as showering and toileting and dressing.
- Supports with household tasks including cleaning, cooking and shopping.

Specialised Disability Accommodation
Providing housing for persons with specific needs and requirements is the goal of specialist disability accommodation. A free-standing home or a single apartment that is designed to meet the needs and requirements of persons with special needs is an example of this sort of accommodation.
This unique home solution that we provide is unquestionably safe and can be rented. We make certain that specialised handicap accommodations are properly created to fulfil the demands of persons with special needs.

Daily Tasks/Shared Living
While you live in a shared space, we oversee your daily chores. Our main focus is on honing those talents that you may be missing as a result of a lack of sufficient maintenance and skill development.
Shared living surely helps to link you with the people around you and so makes learning simpler. This setting might be temporary or permanent, but it is always fruitful.

Community Participation
Sure Care encourages and supports participants to participate in social and recreational activities in the community, either as a group or individually. Surecare can also assist participants in attending a centre-based programme to learn skills that will aid in their capacity development.
Among the services provided by Sure Care are:
- Leisure and recreational activities.
- Life skills developments like shopping, payment of bills, attending appointments going to work.
- Supported holidays.
- Personal interest activities such as cooking, beauty, makeup and volunteering.

Support Coordination
Our Support Coordinator is well-versed in NDIS plans and rules and knows how to execute the paid support services in the most effective way possible, thereby connecting you to the community and making the most of the available assistance. As a result, participants and their loved ones will have a better quality of life.

Community Nursing
With the aid of our expert nurses, Sure Care Social & Aged Care will support and work with you and your family to help prevent disease, maintain health, and treat any current health concerns.
Our nursing staff strives to promote and preserve participant independence, safety, and a healthy lifestyle while also assisting caregivers who may like to take a vacation.
Sure Care Social & Aged Care can provide services in:
- After Hospital stay care
- Complex Bowel care
- Enteral (Naso-Gastric tube-jejunum or Duodenum) Feeding and Management
- Tracheostomy Management
- Urinary Catheter Management (in-dwelling catheter, in-out catheter, suprapubic catheter)
- Ventilator Management
- Subcutaneous injections
- Complex wound management
- General nursing care, including assistance with chronic conditions.
- Continence management

Supported Independent Living
Supported Independent Living (SIL) provides daily task supervision to help our participants build the skills they need to live as independently as possible. Sure Care can help you live independently in one of our shared group homes or on your own. Sure Care assisted independent living allows you to spend more time doing what you like. Sure Care helps participants keep their freedom and personal space within our social environment, which is designed to allow them to interact and engage as much as they want, whenever they want.
Sure Care members can participate in a variety of flexible and adaptive programmes, recreation, and social activities, depending on their abilities and interests. Sure Care works with our participants to determine what is important to them, what they are passionate about, and what they want to accomplish. Sure Care collaborates with participants to create a custom plan to ensure that Sure Care services are fulfilling their needs.

High-Intensity Personal Activities
Assistance with high-intensity personal tasks can be provided in any appropriate setting, in person, and with a tailored approach.
